  • 1. Why can't I login with my correct Login ID and password?

    • You can't login into your InteractGuru account, if your account has been expired. To access your InteractGuru Account again and enjoying services, please contact our technical support team.

  • 2. How do I retrieve my lost Login ID or password?

    • You can retrieve your lost Login Id or password by following simple steps as mentioned below

    a) Click forgot password link on Signin Page and you will be redirected to the Forgot Password page.
    b) Enter your registered email address with InteractGuru and submit
    c) You will receive an email containing a reset password link
    d) Please note that validity for the link is 6 hours. Click on this link, and reset your password.

  • 3. How and why do I categorize my list?

    • Lists are meant for grouping your subscribers as per your need of sending campaigns. You can group your office staff members in one list and business subscribers in another etc. To create list in your InteractGuruaccount, go to Sublist page and add as many sublists as needed. To add subscribers to particular list,

    a) Go to Contact page
    b) Select subscribers you want to move to particular sublist
    c) Select sublist from the list that appears
    d) Click Add to sublist button.

  • 4. How do I download or export my list?

    • Within your InteractGuru account you can export subscriber data in Excel or CSV formats. You can download subscribers by clicking on either on “Export to Excel” or “Export to CSV” button.

  • 5. How do I import my list all at once?

    • You can import contacts/subscribers list in following ways
    a) From file,
    b) From your Gmail account.

    If you want to add Subscribers from website, select “Import contacts from a file”. And then upload your file containing subscriber email address in the specified format. If you want to add subscribers from Gmail account, Select “Import from a web mail account”. And then enter your Gmail account username and password to receive your friend list.

  • 6. What file format is required for importing my list?

    • You can import contacts into three different file formats:
    a) Text file: Email addresses containing in text file must be one per line. You must hit “Enter” after each valid email address.
    b) Excel File: Excel file must have column name “Email” and sheet name “ContactList”.
    c) CSV File: CSV File must contain comma separated email address.

    All files must contain valid email address and duplicate email addresses will be skipped.

  • 7. Why is my message not correctly displayed when copy and pasting directly from Word?

    • It's important to realize that a Word document is not HTML or RTF. It's a proprietary, binary file format. When you copy to the clipboard the information is converted to HTML or RTF. But the result might not be what you expect.
